DURING YOUR TRIP

  • Listen attentively to all recommendations and suggestions exposed by your guide for each tour.
  • If you have any symptoms, pain or sickness, please notify your guide before your tour.
  • If during a tour you notice any symptom or discomfort, please notify your guide immediately.
  • During your trip, do not throw non-biodegradable trash to rivers, jungle or any other place where your tours are being held.
  • All non-biodegradable material (glass, plastic, cans, batteries) generated must be taken back from natural environments.
  • Do not collect biological, animal or vegetal material during the tours.
  • Avoid buying hunting products (such as furs, feathers, skulls, teeth and others) in order to help preserve these animal species.
  • During the tours, do not separate from the group you are part of.
  • When moving in and out the tour areas, do so accompanied by your guide.
  • Avoid drinking alcoholic beverages during your tour around rivers and jungles.
  • Always use the lifejacket when on a boat.
  • Observe respectfully the traditions of the different indigenous cultures you’re going to visit.
  • We do not support the traffic, collection and commercialization of illegal flora and fauna species. / Law 17 of 1981 We protect wild flora and fauna and avoid its illegal commercialization.
  • Respect cultural resources. All touristic activities must be done with respect for heritage art, archeology and culture. Law 63 1986 “Forbid and prevent importation, exploitation and transference of illicit cultural goods property”, signed in Paris on November 17, 1970 / law 299 of 1996. We are compromised against the illegal traffic of cultural heritage. Law 397 of 1997.
